When I talk about my experience with Leadership Thunder Bay, I feel like I light up with excitement to share just how amazing this program is.

Not only did I build friendships that will last a lifetime, I formed a network of dedicated professionals that I can call on whenever needed. 

The program applies a hands-on approach that exposes participants to a variety of organizations that deliver so much to our community.  Leadership Thunder Bay provided me with a foundation to be an engaged leader. After I graduated, I immediately joined the Board of Directors which served to further enhance my leadership skills. I learned to take chances, have faith in the decisions I made but above all else, gain the confidence to step up and lead.
