Applications are now being accepted for the Leadership Thunder Bay Class of 2023/2024!
This year we’re changing things up and offering an online form for those who have a Google Account in addition to our normal email submission. If you opt for the online form, you will only be required to download and sign a single document.
Online Application
To begin your online application, make sure to have these three documents on hand:
- Resume
- Letter of Recommendation
- Signed Applicant Commitment and Employer Sponsor Form (Download Here)

Email Submission
To submit your application VIA email, please download and complete the following forms. You will be required to email your completed 2023/2024 Application, Applicant Commitment/Employer Sponsor Form, Resume, and Letter of Recommendation to info@leadershiptb.com.
Leadership Thunder Bay 2023/2024 Forms:
A $500 deposit is required and an invoice will be sent upon receipt of the completed package. There are bursaries available to help off-set the cost of tuition. If you are in need of assistance, please indicate in your application, and upon receiving your application we will include a bursary application form for you to complete in your next steps.
